The SVG works with Glowforge and most other Laser CNC machines.
The files are available immediately for download after purchase. No physical item will be shipped.
After purchasing a digital file, you will get an email from Etsy with the download link.
You can also access your digital files on your Etsy account. Go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. For more information on how to download your files please see https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Recommendation: Use 1/8 inch wood or acrylic. Use very thin acrylic for the transparent layer or acetate sheet. Add a small bead without whole (about 1/8 inch). The design can be resized.

The files are combined in a zipped folder. The files need to be extracted after download.
Please note: Depending on your computer settings SVG files may get displayed as Google Chrome files, Internet Explorer files, or other unconventional file types. Don’t let this throw you off. For easy identification the SVG files start and end with the letters “SVG”.

Return Policy
- Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Non-returnable Items Customized or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return Process Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

- File Delivery Digital files are available for download immediately after payment confirmation. Access is also available via your account on our website.
- Commercial Use Digital files come with a commercial license for creating physical products for sale. Resale or distribution of the files themselves is prohibited.
- Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds cannot be provided once files have been downloaded.
