HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

Your orders can be returned within the USA by paying the shipping fee. You can easily send your products back with a cargo company return label that we will send to you.

Have a hassle-free return process by following the steps below:

- Please refer to the order form included in your package and indicate your reason for return by ticking one of the Return Reasons.

- Affix the shipping company's return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this tag.

- Please note the tracking number to make tracking easier.

After your package reaches us, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be informed via email.

What is UV DTF and how does it enhance my custom products? 

UV DTF, or Ultraviolet Direct-to-Film, is a printing method that uses UV light to cure inks on a film, which can then be applied to a wide range of materials. This technique allows for vibrant, detailed designs on items that are difficult to print on directly, such as ceramics, wood, and more

Can you explain the sublimation process? 

Sublimation is a technique where a design is printed onto special paper using sublimation inks. When heated, the inks turn into gas and bond with the material, resulting in a permanent, full-color image that is resistant to fading and cracking.

How does heat pressed DTF work? 

Heat pressed DTF (Direct-to-Film) involves printing a design onto a film, applying an adhesive powder, and then heat pressing it onto the fabric. This method is known for its vibrant colors and compatibility with various fabrics, including cotton and polyester.

What are digital files in embroidery and how are they used? 

Digital files for embroidery are created through a process called digitizing, where artwork is converted into a format that embroidery machines can read. These files guide the machine on the needle’s path, ensuring precise and consistent stitching for your custom designs.

How do I care for products made with these techniques? 

To maintain the quality of your custom products, we recommend washing them inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid bleach and direct ironing on the print area.

What is the turnaround time for custom orders? 

Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. We’ll provide an estimated completion date when you place your order.

Do you offer rush services for urgent orders?

Yes, we offer rush services for an additional fee. Please contact us with your requirements, and we’ll strive to meet your deadline.

DIGITAL FILE INFORMATION

What types of digital files do you offer?

We provide a variety of digital files for embroidery, graphic designs, laser files, and sublimation products. These files are ready to use with your machines and software for personal or commercial projects.

How do I receive my digital files after purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files by logging into your account on our website.

What file formats will I receive for embroidery designs? 

All files come ready to use in PES format.  AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST Our embroidery designs come in several formats , including DST, EXP, HUS, PES, and more, to ensure compatibility with a wide range of embroidery machines.

What is your policy on digital file refunds? 

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. Please read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

What should I do if I have trouble with my digital file?

If you encounter any issues with your digital file, please contact us immediately. We’re here to help ensure that you can use your files without any problems.

How do I initiate a return?

Digital File Policy

  1. File Formats Digital files are provided in various formats compatible with most machines and software. Please verify compatibility before purchase.
  2. File Delivery Digital files are available for download immediately after payment confirmation. Access is also available via your account on our website.
  3. Commercial Use Digital files come with a commercial license for creating physical products for sale. Resale or distribution of the files themselves is prohibited.
  4. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds cannot be provided once files have been downloaded.

How and when will I receive my refund?
